Siemens Circuit Breaker 1P(2x) - 30/30 Amps

Two single pole circuit breakers; one half inch per pole. Takes the place of two single pole breakers in one inch of space. The Q3030NC is a non-CTL (circuit total limiting) breaker. This style would only be used in an older panel. Most fairly modern panels will use the CTL version Q3030.
